Bookings made at the last minute or under special rates are subject to availability and do not include preference over specific room selection. This ensures we can accommodate longer 2–3-night bookings and maintain availability for guests planning extended stays. Minimum stay requirements: 2 nights is required for all bookings | 3 nights applies over public holiday periods | Single night stays may be accepted at management’s discretion, subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate all of our guests fairly and efficiently.
Check-in is 2pm. Check-in’s after 7pm may be subject to a $100 after hours fee.

Secrets facilities and accommodation are for paying guests only. Please call to discuss any intention to have visitors.
Most of our accommodation is for adults only (excluding Whistle Stop & The Nest). Please contact us prior to booking if you intend to bring infants or children.
The balance of your stay is due 30 days prior to arrival. You authorise Secrets to deduct the balance via the credit card provided upon booking.
Guests are responsible to pay for all damage, loss or theft incurred during their stay.
Smoking and vaping are only permitted on your treehouse deck or in designated garden areas.
