Wedding Canapés

$4.50 per piece (2018 price $5.00). Canapés are substantial in size.
After your Ceremony in the gardens a minimum of 3 Serves per person.

For your Reception a minimum of 8 serves per person.
For Canapé Receptions in the Gardens, Lake House or the Cafe Deck Venue & Service charges apply.

$20 per person for over 50 guests – $25 per person for over 30 guests – $30 per person under 30 guests.

Numbers under 20 will incur an extra cost per head.

Cut off is based on adult numbers only.

Informal Service – Lakehouse – Simple rustic tables

  • Guests come up to the barbecues and are served from there by our chefs.
  • They can help themselves to salads and breads from covered buffet tables.
  • Guests may choose whatever they would like from the four selections.

Formal Service – Available in the Cafe

  • The buffet tables are set up with white linen cloths.
  • The food is placed in heated chafing dishes and then served by our uniformed staff
  • Guests may choose whatever they would like from the four selections.
  • There’s no limit on amounts of food they may have.
